On January 19th I took a walk at the reservoir and was a little shocked to see the water level had barely risen and, yes, the sun shone! It’s been a while. The water level was just over 27 metres at the tower; it had been just below that before Christmas.
So the object of today’s walk was, after ALL the rain we’ve had, has the level risen yet? … More Amazed
It’s been a while since I’ve been up to the reservoir. I checked back through the images awaiting edit and it was October 27th! That might give you some idea of the dreich weather we’ve been having. OK that’s not all that prevented me going up but a fair part of it and today, December 15th, the sun shone, kind of! 🙂 So I decided it was high time I went back up for a walk and to check the water level, last time I was there it wasn’t good. … More Accidental Encounter
