On January 19th I took a walk at the reservoir and was a little shocked to see the water level had barely risen and, yes, the sun shone! It’s been a while. The water level was just over 27 metres at the tower; it had been just below that before Christmas.
So the object of today’s walk was, after ALL the rain we’ve had, has the level risen yet? … More Amazed
Sadly, it’s been almost completely dreich so far this month, a couple of decent or better days in between and no change for the near future, ach well, soon be Christmas 🙂 … More Dreich days continued

have spent the past couple of days, inside because it’s been awfy dreich, editing and attempting to select and gather a set of shots for the week! I’m not complaining, really, I’ve been saying we need rain for a few weeks now so ….. this morning it was actually pishin’ doon, not too bad now.
