Daily listening

Good morning folks. Our day usually starts with us both waking quite early, muttering, stretching and generally trying to switch on again, I have to wait for the word …. COPPEE!?

There usually ensues a mock argument around me ALWAYS making the coffee! (Which I mostly do, by agreement.)Once we’re both suitably refreshed, or at least on the way to it, I stumble through to my “den” (third bedroom), switch on the Mac, sip coffee and log in to my preferred sites. I don’t do main stream antisocial media any more.

Spotify starts automatically and at some point, I’ll find a list or search for a song and start that Song Radio which generates their idea of music related to that particular song and sometimes, it’s great, sometimes ……. hmmmmmm.

I grew up with music, when I was 4 yrs old-ish I’d play the 45s for my folks when they had a party. Into my teens and they both moaned when all I wanted to buy was music! Really??? 🙂

As I (allegedly) grew up, I dreamt of a juke box that only had my music on it ….. enter Spotify. I know, they’re not good for the artists etc but they are what I wanted all along. So, I’m usually sitting at my Mac, window to my left, camera set up for bird photos, typing away and listening to music, usually Prog Rock but not exclusively.

So, I intend to pop some of that listening on here, see if anyone has a listen, likes, comments or shares something similar back?
